OBIT CAMPBELL, R.

CAMPBELL, RYLAND C. Ryland C. Campbell, age 86, of Roanoke, died Saturday, January 11, 1991 in a local hospital. He was retired from the American Viscose Corp.; and was preceded in death by a daughter, Doris Jean Campbell. Surviving are his wife, Thelma Kathleen Campbell; three sons and daughters-in-law, Claiberne and Lois Campbell, Roanoke; Gene and Arlene Campbell, Covington; Jack and Betty Campbell, Roanoke; fourteen grandchildren; two brothers, Bud Deacon Campbell and Leslie Campbell, both of Roanoke. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 13, 1992 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Frank W. Feather officiating. Family and friends will assemble at Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 12:00 noon Monday. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
