Mr. and Mrs. James W. Harrell of Salem are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Lynn, to Michael Wayne Hawkins. She is a graduate of Northside High School; employed by WalMart; and currently attending National Business College. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald M. Hawkins of Salem; a graduate of Glenvar High School; and employed by Bogle Tire. A July wedding is planned.
