Mr. and Mrs. William H. Jenkins, Sr., of Vinton, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Michelle Jenkins, to William Bryan Harvey, son of Mr. James A. Harvey, Sr., and Mrs. Sandra S. Whitley, all of Salem. Miss Jenkins is a graduate of Roanoke College and is currently attending Virginia Tech. Mr. Harvey is currently attending Roanoke College.
