Tammy Leigh Richards and Mark Allen Ingebritson were married January 3, 1992, in Lake Tahoe, Calif. The bride, formerly of Roanoke, is the daughter of Marvin O. and Sybil T. Richards. The groom is the son of Robert E. and Kristin K. Ingebritson of Pleasanton, Calif. The newlyweds will reside in Pleasanton where they are trainers of Thoroughbred race horses.
