PLOGGER, MARSHALL E.Marshall Edward Plogger, age 50, died Sunday, January 12, 1992, in the V.A. Medical Center, Salem. Mr. Plogger was born October 13, 1914, in Rockbridge County, a son of the late Thomas Preston Plogger and Sarah Hostetter Plogger. He was an employee of Burlington Industries for 33 years. Surviving are four sisters, Mabel P. Hartbarger, Pearl P. Lipscomb, and Nervie Plogger, all of Lexington; Ethel P. Henricks, Baltimore, Md.; eight brothers, William H. Plogger, Lexington; Lawrence Plogger, Goshen; Melvin Plogger, Martinsburg, W.Va.; Homer Plogger, Lexington; Emmett Plogger, Rutherfordton, N.C.; Richard Plogger, Oscar Plogger, and Clarence Plogger, all of Lexington. Graveside services will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 1992, in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens officiated by the Rev. James C. Welsh. Arrangements by Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
