LUGAR, MARGARET K. Mrs. Margaret Kennedy Lugar, age 78 of Concord, Va., died January 13, 1992 at Eldercare in Farmville, Va. She was born September 9, 1913 in Sweet Air, Md. and was the daughter of the late Amelia Albright and Pal Kennedy. She was a member of the New London Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth W. "Happy" Lugar; one sister, Mabel Harmon, Lutherville, Md.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 15, 1992 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with Dr. Gene Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Concord Rescue Squad.
