OBIT SUBLETT, MAMIE D.

SUBLETT, MAMIE D. Mrs. Mamie Deck Johnston Sublett died Monday in a Radford hospital. She was born in Staffordsville, Va., the daughter of the late Charles Alfred and Lelia Mae Meadows Deck. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ben Guy Johnston and James Sublett. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Charles Brown, Austin, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Julie Johnston, Pasadena, Md.; four brothers, Charles S. Deck, Baltimore, Md.; Ernest W. Deck, Staffordsville; Clarence H. Deck, Dublin; Paul G. Deck, Pearisburg; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate, with the Rev. Margaret Wood Johnston officiating. Burial will be in the Wesley's Chapel Cemetery, Trigg. Visiting will be Wednesday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
