LOYAL DEMOCRATS SHOULD BACK BOWERS

IF THE OUTSPOKEN Democrats of Roanoke city support the Republican candidate for mayor with such loyalty, why are they not Republicans?

As a dedicated and loyal Democrat, I find it degrading that they will not support David Bowers as a loyal Democratic candidate for mayor.

It's obvious the other potential Democratic candidates feel they are no match for Mayor Taylor. If they had any confidence in themselves, they would run for Democratic nomination.

Democrats of Roanoke city, have enough backbone to stand up and support your own party. Support David Bowers for mayor of Roanoke city. David is a loyal Democrat.

Give the citizens of Roanoke city a choice.
