NO PERSONAL-PROPERTY tax in 1992?
OK, I admit it probably is asking too much of our tax structure.
How about this: 1992 personal property tax waived on any new automobile or truck purchased in 1992. The only consumer stipulation would be, you must purchase the vehicle from a dealer located in a city or county offering the 1992 one-time exemption.
Maybe the valley's recovery would start a little sooner.
