KASEY, BARBARA S.

Barbara Stevens Kasey, age 66, died Sunday, January 5, 1992. She was the daughter of George Seton Stevens and Cora Bell Hudgins Stevens; and granddaughter of Judge Stevens, all of Salem. She was a 1946 graduate of Roanoke College, where she was a member of Sigma Kappa Phi. She taught school for several years in Elliston, before becoming a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Robert A. Kasey, Jr., (son of Robert Allen Kasey, Sr. and Thelma Mae Peterson Kasey of Roanoke); three sons, Allen D., George R. and David M. Kasey; one daughter, Gayle A. Kasey; four granddaughters. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Creative Grandparenting, Inc., 609 Black Gates Rd., Wilmington, Del. 19803; or Second Baptist Church, 2800 Silverside Rd., Wilmington, Del. 19810. Funeral services were in Wilmington, Del.
