Ms. Deborah Diane Tramuel, age 41, of Dunbar Street, N.W., passed away Monday in a local hospital. Survivors include her daughter, Leslie Tramuel, Roanoke; two sisters, Pamela Sinclair and Janice Sinclair; one brother, Jeffrey Sinclair; stepfather, Jadie Sinclair, all of Baltimore, Md.; aunts and uncles, Richard and Hazel Tucker, Jean Mills and John and Nona Wallace, all of Roanoke; a devoted friend, William Jackson, Roanoke; a host of other relatives and friends.
