MOORE, OLIVIA B.Olivia Buelah Moore, age 90, died Monday, January 13, 1992, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. Mrs. Moore was born in Pulaski County, Virginia, on November 9, 1901, to the late Charles and Betty Richardson Meredith. She was one of the older members of the Alleghany Church of Christ. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, John U. Moore and two sons, Clifford W. Moore, and John Thomas Moore. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. John (Catherine) Bloxom, Salisburg, Maryland; Mrs. Charles (Daise) Trumbo, Durham, N. C.; Mrs. Cloyd (Sylvia) Price, Jr., Blacksburg; Mrs. Ada Harrison, Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Hendrick, and Mrs. Ruth Fleck, all of Roanoke; four sons, Clarence Moore, Dennis Moore, and Charles Moore, all of Blacksburg; Bobby Moore, Riner; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Long, Pulaski; a special friend, Mrs. Phyllis Blevins, Blacksburg; twenty-seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, 2:00 p.m. at Gateway Baptist Church. The Rev. Dewey O. Weaver, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home. Friends may also call at the home of Sylvia Price at 1661 Harding Road, Blacksburg.
