NRCC SPONSORING SEMINAR SERIES AT MALL

Weekly seminars on human resource development start today in New River Valley Mall's community room. The half-day seminars are offered by New River Community College's Center for Training and Development and will be held on Wednesdays, 9 a.m.-noon.

Today's seminar is "Time and Stress Management." "Hiring and Firing" is Jan. 22, "Health and Safety" Jan. 29, "Basic Supervision Skills" Feb. 5 and "Basic Mid-Management Skills" is on Feb. 12.

The series finale is an all-day session, "Interviewing: A Behavioral Approach," Feb. 25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Half-day seminars cost $35 per person. The fee for the whole series is $200 per person. For information or registration, call 674-3607.
