PLYBON, EDNA H.

Edna Hazelwood Plybon, age 97, of Roanoke, died Tuesday. She was the widow of Cread W. Plybon and was a member of First Baptist Church. Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth P. and Warren L. Collins; a granddaughter, Nancy C. Nelms and her husband, John, all of Roanoke; a great-grandson, David Nelms and his wife, Patti, Richmond; a great-granddaughter, Cindy Perdue and her husband, Jason, Roanoke; two great-great-grandchildren, Brandon and Trevor Perdue. Graveside services will be from Evergreen Burial Park at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. John Cochran will officiate. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel.
