JENNINGS, MURRELL M.

TROUTVILLE - Mrs. Murrell Mae Jennings, age 69, died Thursday, January 16, 1992. She was a member of the Enon Baptist Church, a Sunday School teacher, and active in W.M.U. and also active in the music program of the church and a former employee of the Roanoke County Health Department. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Vernon V. Jennings; four sons, Michael Jennings, Roanoke; Ronald Jennings, Calloway; Marvin Jennings, Capron; Raymond Jennings, Bland; one daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Don Mowles, Troutville; eleven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2:00 p.m. at the Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. William R. Harding III and Rev. Landon Maddex officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Rader Funeral Home Troutville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
