FREE-THROW CONTEST PLANNED FOR SATURDAY

The Knights of Columbus Free-Throw Shooting Contest will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Roanoke Catholic High School gymnasium at 620 North Jefferson.

Competition is for boys and girls ages 10-14. There is no entry fee, and plaques will be awarded to winners in each age bracket. Winners advance to district and state competition. For more information, call Bob Canfield at 774-7554. - Staff report
