BRIEFLY PUT . . .

IS THERE any reason women shouldn't box, or people shouldn't buy tickets to see a group like the New York Knockouts in Radford this weekend? Of course women should have the same right as men to get their noses flattened and faces scarred - even to risk brain damage. Still, even the punch-drunk can see that no matter which sex dons the gloves, the audience is predominantly men.
