OBIT WRIGHT, R.

WRIGHT, RUSSELL C., Sr. Russell C. Wright, Sr., age 84 of Roanoke, died January 18, 1992, at his home. He was a member of Belmont Christian Church. Surviving are his wife, Eloise B. Wright; five sons, Russell C. Wright, Jr., Lake Charles, La.; Gene C. Wright, and Marvin S. Wright, both of Roanoke; Bobby Wright, Oxnard, Calif.; Ramon Wright of Moneta, Va.; one daughter, Brenda Gilmore of Richmond; fifteen grandchildren, and two brothers and two sisters. Funeral will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 12:00 noon Monday, January 20, 1992, with the Rev. John Wallace officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 554, Roanoke, Va. 24003-0554. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
