CAVE SPRING GIRLS TAKE 4TH IN SWIM MEET
Shannon Goff led the Cave Spring girls' swim team to a fourth-place finish Saturday in the Virginia State Invitational meet at the Oak Marr Swimming Complex.
The field consisted of 44 teams.
Goff won the 200-meter individual medley and placed second in the 100 backstroke. She was also a member of the 200 individual medley relay and 400 freestyle relay teams, which finished fourth and second, respectively.
