SARTINI FREE THROWS WIN IT FOR CELTICS
Scott Sartini sank two free throws with seven seconds remaining to give Roanoke Catholic a 39-38 non-district boys' basketball victory over visiting Randolph-Henry on Saturday.The Celtics (8-4) trailed 38-37 with 2:06 to go and no one scored until Sartini was fouled.
Randolph-Henry got one final shot from its big man, Eric Randolph, who scored 14 points, but his shot from inside the paint missed and Roanoke Catholic got the rebound.
Jason Griemel led the Celtics with 12 points and Tony Williams added 11.
