RATCLIFFE BIRTH

Meghan Leigh Ratcliffe was born at 3:47 a.m. on December 27, 1991 at Lewis Gale Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 8 1/2 ozs. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Meghan is the daughter of Buddy and Ginny Ratcliffe of Roanoke. Her paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Ratcliffe of Pulaski. Her maternal grandparents are Betty Daugherty of Mechanicsville and George B. Daugherty of King William, Va.
