CUNDIFF, MARY J.

Mary Johnson Cundiff, age 87, of Lakeview Manor and formerly of Vinton, died Sunday morning in a local hospital. She was the widow of Frank W. Cundiff, a member of Lynn Haven Baptist Church, and a retired employee of American Viscose. Surviving are three brothers, Bryant Lee Johnson, Roanoke; James Edward Johnson, Vinton; Thomas L. Johnson, Richmond; one sister, Carlie Price Johnson, Vinton; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel 1:00 p.m. Tuesday with Dr. Robert L. Wayne officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
