CALL, JESSE F.Mr. Jesse Francis Call, age 78, of Boones Mill, died Sunday, January 19, 1992. Mr. Call was a subcontractor for Roanoke Wood Preservers for many years and was preceded in death by a daughter, Jo Ann Call. Surviving are his wife, Edith Adcock Call; daughter and son-in-law, Betty C. and Bud Gauldin, Collinsville; a son and daughter-in-law, Billy F. and Velma Call, Boones Mill; five grandchildren, Barry Brooks, Douglas Brooks, Tonya G. Morris, Jeremy Call, Benjamin Call; one great-grandson, Wade Brooks; seven brothers, Frank R. Call, Richmond; James L. Call, Roanoke; Robert (Bob) Call, Quinby, Va.; Roy C. Call, Richmond; Raymond Call, Highland Springs; Edward (P.K.) Call, Richmond; Phillip (Phil) Call, Richmond. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 21, 1992, at 2:00 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Chapel by the Rev. Berlin G. Hanks, the Rev. John E. Wallace, and the Rev. Benjamin Chidester. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home. The family requests that memorials be made to the Boones Mill Rescue Squad. Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
