RHODES SCORES 35 AS FLEMING LOSES

William Fleming failed to convert three late shots and lost 77-76 in double overtime to host Mount View on Saturday in a non-district boys' basketball game.

The game was delayed for more than 30 minutes when a Mount View player, who was not identified, collapsed and had to be taken to a hospital after being revived at the gym.

Carlos Rhodes scored a game-high 35 points for Fleming (7-4).

Mount View (7-3) was led by Marcus Cleage with 31 points. He hit two free throws with 1:16 left to give Mount View the lead, and Fleming failed to sink any of its three shots after that. - Staff report
