DUDLEY, JAMES P.

Mr. James Perry Dudley, age 65, of 2710 Edison St., N.E., Roanoke, and formerly of Rocky Mount, died Tuesday, January 21, 1992, in the Lewis-Gale Hospital. Surviving are five daughters, Lois McGhee of Wirtz; Judy Manns of Ferrum; Debra Hodges and Patricia Dudley of Rocky Mount; Donna Turner of Boones Mill; three sons, James Larry Dudley, Perry Thomas Dudley and Robert Allen Dudley, all of Rocky Mount; the children's mother, Mildred Dudley of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Hall and Mrs. Helen Bennett of Rocky Mount; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Lynch Chapel with the Rev. Charles Comer officiating. Interment will follow in Redwood United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday where the family will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
