PHILLIPS, ISAAC R.

Isaac R. Phillips, age 85, passed away Monday, January 20, 1992 in Shawsville Nursing Home. Survivors include his wife, Roxie M. Phillips, Shawsville, Va.; stepson, Alfred Reed, Alum Ridge, Va.; sister, Dollie Miller, Afton, Va.; stepgrandchildren, Alfred Reed, Jr., Alum Ridge, Va.; Marie Underwood, Galax, Va. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with Rev. Roy Turpin officiating. Burial will be in Duncans Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
