WASTE COMPANY EXPANDING TO VALLEY

Handy Dump Inc., a 15-year-old, Roanoke-based solid-waste disposal company, is expanding into the New River Valley.

The company will begin offering disposal and recycling services to Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Montgomery County on March 1. It currently offers services to Franklin County, Covington and the Roanoke area.

A local address has not yet been found to base the trucks, said company managers, but they are still looking.
