MORENO CHAIRMAN OF VIRGINIA TEAM

Franklyn H. Moreno, marketing director for the New River Valley Economic Development Alliance, has been elected chairman of the Virginia Team for 1992.

The Virginia Team is made up of 25 member organizations, including the Alliance, that seek new investment for Virginia by cooperatively marketing the state.

The Virginia Team began more than five years ago and has helped locate new businesses in Henrico and Hanover counties.

"As the marketing effort continues, more location successes are anticipated," Moreno said.
