CONNER, NAMON N.

Namon N. (Bae) Conner, age 60, of Bent Mountain, died Tuesday. He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Ester Pierpont; a granddaughter, Sandy Pierpont, both of Fredericksburg; three sisters, Velma Thompson of Salem; Thelma Clingenpeel and Alma Chocklett, both of Roanoke; a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be from Oakey's South Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. John Ingram will officiate. Interment will follow at the Conner Family Cemetery, Bottom Creek Rd., Bent Mountain, Va. Friends may call Oakey's South Chapel.
