NOYA, DARLENE E.
Darlene Edwards Noya, age 27 of Gretna, died Wednesday, January 22, 1992. Born April 10, 1964, in Norfok, Va., she is the daughter of Harley Edwards, Sr. and Pauline Tallent Edwards of Virginia Beach. She was a member of Haygood Methodist Church, Virginia Beach, and was a court reporter. She was a graduate of Reporting Academy of Virginia. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Frank Joseph Noya of Gretna; one brother, Harley Edwards, Jr. of Virginia Beach; one sister, Tammy Gail Edwards of Virginia Beach; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Tallent of Pittsville and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Edwards, Jr. of Climax. A memorial service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Round Pond Baptist Church by the Rev. John Belderes. The family will receive friends today from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home. Colbert-Moran Funeral Home, Gretna, is in charge of the arrangements.
