Joyce, 52, of Radford, were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, which is a felony, and possession of marijuana. Marshall also was charged with driving under the influence of a narcotic and driving with a suspended lisence.
Police stopped Marshall for weaving on southbound Interstate 81 near Exit 188 at 9 p.m., Trooper R.P. Chappell Jr. said.
