ATKINSON-CARPENTER

Sandy T. Atkinson and Dewey E. Carpenter, Jr., are engaged and planning to be married February 14, 1992. She is the daughter of Mr. Ronnie M. Atkinson, Sr., of Elliston, and Nancy L. Kirby of Salem. She is employed by Roanoke County Courthouse. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donnie R. Earls. He is attending Virginia Western Community College, and is employed by Lewis-Gale Clinic.
