Mr. and Mrs. Eugene M. Downs, Sr., of Clifton Forge are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennie, to Brian L. Camper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby L. Camper of Troutville. Jennie is a graduate of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and is a Registered Nurse at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Brian is a graduate of Elon College and is a Sales Representative for Nabisco, Inc. A May wedding is planned.
