SILVERS-SKAFF

Mr. and Mrs. James A. Silvers of Vinton are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy L. Silvers, to Victor S. Skaff, III, son of Dr. Victor S. Skaff, Jr., of Roanoke and Judy G. Skaff of Vinton. Miss Silvers is a graduate of William Byrd High School and Davis & Elkins College. She is employed by Frances Kahn of Roanoke. Mr. Skaff is a graduate of William Byrd High School and West Virginia University. He is currently pursuing his Masters degree at Slippery Rock University. A January 1993 wedding is planned.
