Miss Stephens is an employee of United Companies Lending Corporation, Roanoke. Mr. VanLew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John VanLew, III, of Kernersville, N. C. John is an employee of Salem Cable TV, Salem, Va. The wedding will be March 7, 1992.
