WILLIAMS-HEDRICK

Mary Carolyn Hedrick and John Boyden Williams were united in marriage on December first, 1991 at the Macedonia Church of Coffeytown in Amherst County. David Coffey of Buena Vista performed the 2 p.m. ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Pike Coffey of Amherst County. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Thomas B. Hedrick of Buena Vista, Va., and the late Dr. Hedrick, and granddaughter of Mrs. Arthur M. Hurt of Roanoke, Va. Carolyn is a graduate of Parry McCluer High School and Southern Seminary College, where she was employed in the Equitation Department for nine years. The bride presently owns Hedrick's Clothing for Women in Buena Vista. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dewitt Williams, Sr., of Fairfield, Va., and grandson of Mrs. Martha Boyden of Lexington, Va. John attended Rockbridge High School and is a self employed Dairy Farmer in Rockbridge County. The couple is now residing in the Timber Ridge Area, in Fairfield, Va.
