JONAS ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Nile B. Jonas, celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on January 16, 1992, have resided in Roanoke all their married life. Nile retired from the old Colonial American National Bank, now Crestar. They had two children, a son and daughter. The daughter and son-in-law, Joanne and Tim Timmons reside in Forest, Va. The son, Reginald, was deceased in 1979. His widow, Peg, resides in Cary, N.C. They have five grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
