OREBAUGH BACKED FOR CONGRESS

PHOEBE OREBAUGH is one of only 11 Republican delegates who voted against the state's approving and regulating surrogate-motherhood contracts. Otherwise, she was as conservative in her voting philosophy as any other Republican before she was redistricted out of her district.

If you are truly a conservative Republican, I believe she deserves our support for the 6th District congressional nomination. She is very conservative but also reasonable in her conservatism.
