CHANNEL 10 STARTING A NEW MORNING NEWSCAST

"Channel 10 News Today," a half-hour newscast, debuts Feb. 3 on WSLS-Channel 10.

Consisting of local news, weather and sports, the program will air weekdays from 6:30 to 7 a.m. with Dave Mellon and Terry Tucker as co-hosts.

Mellon has been with the station for five years, serving three years as an anchor. Tucker was the station's noon and weekend anchor from 1983-86.

Sports director Greg Roberts and community service director Greta Evans will contribute daily reports.
