MORRIS, ALZADA E.

Mrs. Alzada Echols Morris, age 87, of Salem died Friday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garret E. Morris Jr. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Martha M. and John D. Cooper, Sandra M. and Cecil Kelley, all of Salem; a grandson, Timothy Kelley; a sister, Virginia King, Charleston, W.Va. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home Chapel, Salem, with the Rev. Billy G. White Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tabernacle Baptist Church at 1923 E. Main St., Salem, Va.
