ISSUES ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA

Blacksburg Town Council will meet tonight at 7:30 at the Municipal Building on South Main Street. The agenda includes:

A resolution to refer to the Planning Commission the rezoning of the proposed Hethwood II property from Planned District Residential back to agricultural or some other appropriate zoning district.

A special-use permit for Victor and Jo Pat Huggins to operate a bed and breakfast and apartments on Clay and Harrell streets.

A resolution adopting the Capital Improvement Program for 1992-96.

A resolution expressing Town Council's concern over proposed funding cutbacks for higher education.

A contract to retain the law firm of McGuire, Woods, Battle and Booth for a 1992 refinancing bond issue.

Public address section.

A executive session concerning actual litigation dealing with a site plan, and concerning probable litigation dealing with a zoning violation.
