SMITH, NOAH M.

Noah Mack Smith, retired Commander U.S. Coast Guard, died at Bedford Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 27, 1992. He is survived by his wife, Marie B. Smith; two sons, Dr. Stuart A. Smith, Dr. Richard A. Smith, both of Danville; his mother, Maggie Schlamb; two brothers, C. P. Smith, Miles Q. Smith; one sister, Pauline Hoyt; eight grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Money & King Vienna Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Ave., Vienna, Va. Funeral services at McLean Baptist Church, 1:30 p.m. Friday, with interment in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McLean Baptist Building Fund or the Virginia Baptist Children's Home.
