OGDEN, ANDREW C.

Andrew Clinton Ogden, age 76, died Tuesday, January 28, 1992, at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He was born June 25, 1915, in Buena Vista, a son of the late Andrew Doss and Mattie Truslow Ogden. He was retired from Reeves Brothers. He is survived by his wife, Edna Ramsey Ogden of Buena Vista; three daughters, Phyllis Risser of Elkhart, Ind.; Joan Burch of Buena Vista; Andrea Moore of Richmond; one sister, Mae O. Bates of Buena Vista; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, from the 29th Street Brethren Church, with the Rev. Jesse Truax and Dr. Paul Fink officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Lomax Funeral Home.
