HYPNOTIST ADMITS GUILT IN FORCIBLE SODOMY

A hypnotist at a stop-smoking clinic pleaded guilty Wednesday to forcible sodomy in an agreement with prosecutors to avoid a potential life prison sentence.

The plea agreement accepted by Circuit Judge John K. Moore specifies a maximum sentence of five years in prison for George Andrew Petersen, 34. Moore set sentencing for March 23.
