MEDLEY, NORMA Y.

Norma Young Medley, age 53, died Thursday, January 30, 1992, in Radford Community Hospital. She was a retired employee of Federal Mogul. Surviving are her husband, Richard Medley; two daughters, Tressie Metzler, Christiansburg; Patricia Merrix, Giles County; one son, Roy Cole, Radford; her mother, Thelma Linkous, Blacksburg; three sisters, Betty Thompson, Boynton Beach, Florida; Sandra Noonkester, Christiansburg. Romona Creed, Shawsville; one brother, Wendell Young, Christiansburg; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Merrimac Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Rev. Jerry G. Sloss will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
