DOBBINS, KEMPER A.

Kemper A. Dobbins, age 82, of Roanoke, died Thursday, January 30, 1992. He was born July 13, 1909 in London, England, of American parents. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; a son, Bradley H., Roanoke; a daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Tommy Williams, a granddaughter, Jessica, all of Hardy. He retired from the Norfolk Southern Law Department in 1974, and has enjoyed a second career as a watercolor artist. Memorial services will be held Monday, February 3, 1992 at Christ Episcopal Church, at 2:00 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be made to Christ Episcopal Church or the Roanoke Museum of Fine Arts, Roanoke, Va. Arrangements by Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
