Mr. and Mrs. Jerry W. Ferguson, of Troutville, Virginia, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Cynthia Ann Ferguson, to Mr. Kevin Lewis Smith. He is the son of Mr. Richard Smith, of Florida, and Mrs. Violet Hall, of Cloverdale, Virginia. Miss Ferguson and Mr. Smith are both seniors at Lord Botetourt High School. A September wedding has been planned.
