LAMON-GURLEY

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Vincent Lamon, Jr., of Atlanta have announced the engagement of their daughter, Helen Kathryn, to James Benjamin Gurley, Jr., of New York City. Mr. Gurley is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Benjamin Gurley of Roanoke. Miss Lamon is a graduate of the Lovett School in Atlanta and Mt. Vernon College in Washington, D.C. She is presently pursuing a Masters Degree in communications at New York University in New York City. Mr. Gurley is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Hampden-Sydney College. He is a Vice President of RREEF Funds in New York City. The wedding will take place on May 16th at the Cathedral of St. Philip in Atlanta.
