She graduated from William Fleming High School and Radford University and is employed by the Roanoke City Schools. He is a son of Mr. Chester W. Wilson, Sr., of Macon, Ga., Mrs. Ruth L. Mulder, of Roanoke, and stepson of Mr. Robert O. Mulder, Sr., of Roanoke. He graduated from William Fleming High School and Radford University and is employed by the U.S. Government.
