Donna A. Roberts and William C. Martin, III, are engaged and planning to be married February 29, 1992. Donna is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy N. Akers of Roanoke. She is employed by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. William is the son of Mr. William C. Martin, Jr., and the late Leola Brewer. He is employed by the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
